A migrant can gain experiences when searching for employment: bureaucratic hurdles and misunderstandings, prejudices, but also support, disregard/accreditation of educational standards, and language issues. We bring this topic to the stage and to you. And we ask the most important question: What can locals and migrants, public authorities and politicians do to overcome the obstacles in terms of job-seeking? JOIN US, TAKE PART AND DISCUSS! FORUMSKI TEATAR OD INTERACT Tko kao useljenik traži posao može nešto doživjeti: Birokratske zapreke i nesporazume, predrasude ali također i podršku, (ne)priznanje izobrazbe i probleme jezika. Mi donosimo tu temu vama na pozornicu. I postavljamo najvažnije pitanje: Što mogu domaći i useljenici, ustanove i političari napraviti da se zapreke kod zapošljavanja mogu prevladati? UN TEATRU FORUM AL INTERACT Un emigrant aflat în căutare de lucru poate întâmpina urmatoarele: obstacole birocratice şi neînţelegeri, prejudecăţi, dar şi lipsa sprijinului in recunoaşterea educaţiei cât şi probleme legate de cunoaşterea limbii. Punem subiectul în scenă, dar vi-l propunem şi dumneavoastră. Cea mai importantă întrebare pe care v-o adresăm este: ce pot face localnicii şi emigranţii, autorităţile publice şi politicienii pentru a depăşi obstacolele în privinţa căutarii unui loc de muncă?
